A positive and constructive group dynamic

Together it’s easier

Our team coach helps you to discover blind spots that hinder the growth of the team. By working on security and trust within the team, we take significant steps together towards constructive and successful collaboration. We focus on both the group dynamics and the individual team members, creating a solid foundation for further growth towards a higher maturity level.

Great things in business are never done by one person; they’re done by a team of people.

Our TeamUP method

Team development

The TeamUP method is based on a combination of scientific research, lessons from professional sports, and 20 years of team coaching experience. The foundation of the TeamUP method is based on Tuckman's 4 maturity levels and Lencioni's 5 frustrations of teamwork. These building blocks are further translated into 10 team development aspects. This way, it becomes very clear what the key development points of a team are and how to improve them.

Team analysis (T)

We start with a team analysis through a goal-setting conversation with you, interviews with all team members, and the online TeamUP analysis.

Engage and express (E)

Next, we schedule a training or workshop to discuss the results of the team analysis. This creates space to dive deeper into what’s happening within the team, fostering engagement and support to take shared responsibility.

Agreement and action plan (A)

Together with you and your team, we determine a clear team result linked to a business goal. We then draft an action plan to achieve this result, documented in an 'agreement'.

Match, manage and measure (M)

Based on the action plan, we provide customized coaching for both the team (group dynamics) and individual members (personal contribution and development). We measure progress using both hard KPIs and soft behavioral aspects from the TeamUP analysis.

Upgrade (U)

After a few months, we evaluate together whether the progress is sufficient to achieve the business goal and team outcome. We identify which aspects may require an 'upgrade', such as additional authorities, IT support, budget, capacity, or a change in team composition.

Performance and pay out (P)

The final step is achieving the desired team performance and goals. Equally important is rewarding and celebrating this success!

We had a conflict in our team, and the first agency we reached out to for help did not see any possibility of resolving it. I wondered: what should I do about this? Is it even solvable, and if so, how? My biggest concern was how to restore a somewhat normal working atmosphere within the team.
