Insight into what our clients need and responding effectively

As an Account Manager, I am responsible for maintaining contact with our clients and attracting new business. I actively work on building long-term relationships with our clients while also approaching new clients.

In this process, I regularly check in to quickly and completely meet the needs of our clients. I map out client inquiries and act as the link between the client and our coaches and consultants. This requires ongoing insight into what clients need, judgment on where the solution may lie, and connecting the right coaches and consultants.
Additionally, I work closely with our coaches and consultants in designing the tailored process for our clients, as well as in the (further) development of our products.

I studied Management Consulting at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. In my studies, I chose further specialization in organizational and behavioral changes. I am interested in why people make decisions and how these choices influence collaboration and results in a group setting. In my work for KeyQuest, I can effectively express these interests and contribute to meaningful improvements.
